Everything you might want to know before you build a campaign.
Hyper-targeted mail marketing for HVAC, air-conditioning and refrigeration tradies. We use public building-energy data and aerial imagery to find the exact buildings and homes most likely to need your work, then post each one a personalised piece of mail with your name and a QR code on it.
For commercial work, the public NABERS / Commercial Building Disclosure register, where offices over 1000 square metres publish an energy star rating by law. A low rating signals old, inefficient HVAC. For residential air-con, public aerial imagery plus local climate and home-age signals.
No. We post physical, addressed mail, which sits outside the Spam Act. We address it to a role such as the Facilities Manager or the Homeowner, never a named person, which keeps it the clean side of the Privacy Act. The building data is licensed for reuse under Creative Commons.
Every savings figure is an estimate, grounded in the building's real published energy use where we have it, using conservative assumptions. It is confirmed by a site assessment before any work. We never invent a number.
You start from as little as one piece, with no lock-in. Print and postage are included. Most first runs are small, and one job off a campaign usually pays for the whole thing many times over.
All of Australia for the commercial energy register, with the strongest coverage in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide. You can target by suburb or postcode.
Each piece of mail carries a QR code to a private page about that building or home. When the recipient scans it or fills the form, it lands in your dashboard as a lead. You also review and approve every piece before a single one is posted.
