about
Marketing for Australia's HVAC trades, built on real data
Frozen Fund is the marketing engine for Australian HVAC, air-conditioning and refrigeration businesses. We find the buildings and homes most likely to need your work, and post each one a personalised piece of mail with your name on it, so every stamp lands somewhere worth chasing instead of blanketing a whole street and hoping.
Where the data comes from
- Commercial HVAC and service plans: the public NABERS / Commercial Building Disclosure register. Offices over 1,000 m² must publish an energy star rating by law, and a low rating is a strong public signal of old, inefficient HVAC, so we sort worst-first.
- Refrigeration: public commercial-premises data, the trades that always run serious refrigeration, such as supermarkets, butchers, pubs and cafes.
- Residential air-conditioning: real address data plus local suburb heat data, so we reach detached homes in the areas that suffer most in summer. We do not scan or detect which homes already have a unit.
How we keep it clean
- Mail is addressed to a role ("The Facilities Manager", "The Homeowner"), never a named person, which keeps it the clean side of the Privacy Act.
- We lead with physical mail, which sits outside the Spam Act 2003, not cold email blasts.
- Every savings figure is an estimate, grounded in the building's real published energy use where we have it, and confirmed by a site assessment before any work. We never invent a number.
