Commercial HVAC leads, straight from the energy register.

Australia's commercial buildings publish their energy rating by law. A low rating is a public flag for old, inefficient HVAC. We sort the register worst-first and post each building owner exactly what an upgrade would save them.

common questions
How do you find commercial HVAC leads?

We read the public NABERS and Commercial Building Disclosure energy register, sort the buildings worst-first, and target the ones rated 2.5 stars or worse, where old HVAC is usually the biggest energy drain.

Is it legal to use this building data?

Yes. The ratings are public and licensed for reuse (CC BY 3.0 AU), and the mail is addressed to a role like The Facilities Manager, not a named person, which keeps it outside the Spam Act.

What does each building receive?

A personalised card showing that building's own rating and what an HVAC upgrade could save per year, with your business name and a QR code, so replies land in your dashboard.

How much does it cost?

From $6 a piece, print and postage included. You approve every piece before you pay, and you can start with one.
